Complete finance, commercial and legal diligence. Structure a mutually beneficial transition plan with employees at the center of the plan.

Finalize the closing price and legal documentation to transfer the funds and complete the transaction.

Matt Rothberg
A Successful Operator Ready to Continue Your Legacy
Matt Rothberg is the founder of Anchor View Capital and an experienced leader with a background in both enterprise technology and business development. Growing up on Long Island, Matt discovered his passion for entrepreneurship early on, starting his own tech support company while still in high school. This early experience laid the foundation for his drive to solve complex problems and help businesses thrive.

After earning his BS in Computer Science and Business from Lehigh University, Matt honed his expertise in enterprise IT solutions at Cisco Systems and World Wide Technology, where he led global projects for high-frequency trading and IT infrastructure. His hands-on experience in both sales and engineering has given him a unique understanding of how to scale businesses effectively while maintaining operational excellence.

Currently pursuing his MBA at Columbia Business School, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for partnering with business owners to preserve their legacy while creating opportunities for growth. His mission is to acquire, operate, and scale businesses with the same care and attention that owners have poured into their companies, ensuring long-term success for all stakeholders.
